Lead Retrieval
We have contracted with Dietz Enterprises for lead retrieval services. Please download the order form and flyer to review the details and order your system. The early bird cut off is April 20th. If you have any questions, please contact Dietz directly at 312-329-9073.
Private Meeting Rooms
We have made available for private, enclosed meeting rooms right on the show floor that will allow you to talk to prospects and customers behind closed doors. The cost of rental for one room for the duration of the show is $3,500. Rental includes one table with four chairs and one power supply. Meeting rooms will be located in Hall A which is in between the Atlantic and Pacific Halls. Hall A has a separate entrance which is accessible from the foyer and available for use during the following times:

Exhibitor Kit
Freeman is the exclusive decorator for the 2007 Forum. The exhibitor kit is available at www.myfreemanonline.com by searching ACORD LOMA. Audio Visual, Electric, Internet and Lead Retrieval order forms can be found by clicking the "Specialty Contractors" tab on the menu bar.

Your Certificate of Insurance must be submitted no later than January 12, 2007:

Please be sure to refer to section 15d of your Exhibitor Agreement for details on insurance requirements. As a reminder, your company name must appear as the insured.
Logos, Descriptions, and Categories
Logos, descriptions and categories must be submitted no later than January 12, 2007 in order to be included on the Web site, in the program, and/or for the exhibitor locator systems in the halls.
- Logos should be 300DPI in JPG, TIFF, or EPS format. Outline vector art, Adobe Illustrator 10 or earlier or a large format jpg 4" across.
- Descriptions should be no more than 50 words.
- Categories should be completed on the pages provided in your contract. They will be used for a search capability on the Web site and for the Exhibit Hall Exhibitor Locator.
Forum Bag Inserts
If you are interested in having promotional literature inserted into the official Forum bag, please contact Alisen Herman at aherman@acord.org. A sample of your bag insert must be submitted for approval by April 15, 2007. You must be a sponsor and/or exhibitor to have the materials inserted. The cost of this service is $0.50 per-page, per-bag (at 2,800 bags). Materials must be supplied and shipped to Freeman to arrive on or before May 1, 2007. We cannot accept materials after that date.

Attendee Lists
Attendee lists will be provided to all exhibitors and sponsors approximately one (1) month prior to the Forum and a final post-Forum list within one month of the event. These are one-time only lists. Lists include only those who have consented to be included.
