How
do I select and reserve a booth?
To reserve a booth, follow the step-by-step instructions
on the main Exhibitor Page.
What
is included with the booth? Each 10 x 10 booth
will be set with an 8' high back drap, 3' high side
divider and a 4' wide x 7" high identification sign.

How
many comp registrations do I receive?
The number of complimentary or "comp" registrations
you receive is based upon the size of your booth and
on your membership in either ACORD or LOMA. Please refer
to the pricing page for details.
How do I
register my comp registrations?
Details on registering your complimentary registrations
will be posted shortly.
Does
a comp include hotel?
Complimentary Registrations are for the Forum only and
do not include hotel or related expenses.
Do
you have exhibit hall only registration?
ACORD and LOMA have only one type of registration -
full registrations - enabling all attendees to go to
sessions, meals (Networking Breakfasts, Lunches in the
Exhibit Hall, as listed on the schedule) and receptions.
Do
you have exhibit hall set up passes?
There are set-up passes available for the exhibit hall
for exhibitor appointed contractors or for your own
personnel who are not staying for or participating in
the Forum.

When
do I receive the attendee list?
You will receive the attendee list approximately one
(1) month prior to the Forum. This is a one-time only
use list. You will then receive a post-Forum list within
a month of the Forum. Please note that lists contain
only the names and information of those who have granted
permission.
When
do I receive the press list?
The press is released on the Web site on the Press Conference
page approximately one (1) month prior to the Forum.

Logos
and Descriptions
What
are the specifications for logos?
Logos are used on the Web site and in the printed program.
Therefore, we require high resolution graphics. Please
follow the following specifications to ensure your logo
is displayed as best it can be:
- 300 DPI or higher.
- High resolution JPG, TIFF, or EPS format. Outline
vector art, Adobe Illustrator 10 or earlier.
- Large format graphic, 4" across.
Descriptions
Exhibitor descriptions are 50 words maximum. Descriptions
will not be edited for length. Those exceeding the 50
word limit will be returned for revision.
