This annual event provides a unique opportunity for the press to hear first-hand breaking news from a select group of Forum exhibitors and sponsors, such as never-before-announced products and innovations.

We follow a "speed interview" style for the event, giving each presenter one-to-one time with members of the press. This more social setting (with beverages and snacks provided) also gives you one-on-one time with the press.

  • Time: 2 PM - 4 PM (EST)

Press Event Criteria

Please note that to participate in the event:

  • You must be an exhibitor and/or sponsor of the 2010 Forum and your company is paid in full and has submitted all necessary exhibitor and/or sponsor paperwork.
  • The information must be new, unpublished, never before seen. It cannot have been released anywhere prior to the press event including your website, elsewhere online, news sites, interviews, articles, etc.
